Banh Xeo is a popular dish in Vietnam that consists of a crispy stuffed rice pancake. The name comes from the sizzling sound that the thin layer of rice batter makes when it's poured into the hot skillet. This savoury fried pancake is made using rice flour, water, and turmeric powder, and can also be referred to as a Vietnamese crêpe.

Instructions for making Pancakes with Flour:

1. Take the flour and mix it with 750ml-800ml water or coconut milk. Add a pack of turmeric powder and sliced shallots to the mixture and stir well.
2. Heat a pan and add oil. Add onions, prawns, and pork and sauté for a few minutes. Then, pour the flour mixture into the pan and stir well. Add beansprouts and green peas to the mixture and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Cover the pan and let the pancake cook until it turns crispy and golden brown. Fold it in half (semi-circle) and transfer it to a plate. Serve with vegetables and fish sauce.
4. Repeat the process with the remaining flour.
