1. Ingredients
- 500g pork belly, 4 duck/chicken eggs, 1 shallot, garlic.
- 1 packet of Barona Complete Seasoning Sauce - Braised Pork.
2. Implementation
Step 1: Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 packet of Barona complete seasoning sauce - Braised pork for 30 minutes to let the meat absorb the flavor, boil the eggs and peel, leave whole.
Step 2: Saute minced onion and garlic in a hot pan, then add meat and stir-fry until cooked. Add enough water to cover the meat and bring to a boil, occasionally skimming off the foam to keep the broth clear and beautiful.
Step 3: Add eggs, continue to simmer over medium heat and add water (if needed) until the meat is tender as desired and you have a delicious braised pork dish with the right color and flavor for your family.
Tip: To make the braised pork dish more delicious and stimulate the taste buds, you can replace the water with coconut water and add a few chili peppers!
So, after just a few simple steps, you have a delicious pot of braised pork with the right flavor, each piece of fatty, rich pork belly mixed with shimmering sauce and a little bit of egg fat will be a delicious dish in the family meal.
